Kaizer Chiefs qualify for CAF champions league final for the first time in football history.

The south african giants kaizer chiefs made history as they qualified for the CAF champions league finals 1st time ever and awaits for a clash against Egytian giants Al Alhly after a massive win with 1-0 aggregate over Wydad Atletic Club on the 26th Jume  2021.

Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane and his assistant Dillion Shepard came with shocking tactics that suprised the Moroccan Giants after making two changes as they played Daniel Akpeyi in goals replacing the shot stopper Bruce Bvuma and younster Nkosingiphile Ncgobo on behalf of Leaonardo Castro.

Amakhosi kept its position in the CAF champions league as the likes of Mathoho played very well ii the defense and the likes of katshande and Njabulo Blom keeping more stability in the middle of the pack. There was more pressure from the Waydad AC\"s side however luck was not on their side as they missed many opprtunities in both halves  and Akpeyi making most crucial saves to keep Chiefs in play.

Chiefs held on to come away with the historic victory having a very satisfying record from the preliminary rounds until reaching to the finals. The south African giants Amakhosi played 14 CAF games , having introduced 6 wins, 7 draws and only 1 loss.
